No refunds will be made for cancellations requested within 14 days of the event but substitute delegates will be accepted at any time. SESPA reserves the right to change the programme and/or speakers at any time and without prior notice. It also reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to cancel the event, in which case a full refund will be issued for your booking. If the event is cancelled, SESPA cannot be held responsible for refunding the cost of any expenses related to you accessing the event.
